I would like to use the full-text search button to search, for example, “artists name” in all the events.
Folks, our former Wishlist portal, where our users shared their requests and suggestions, was transferred to this forum. You’re most welcome to vote, add new ideas, and leave your comments here — we surely will consider them all! ![]()

I came here to find this. We would really like a search bar because our users get confused when they can only use filters. Also it would be great if the filter dropdowns were automatically put in alphabetical order.
Hi @Susan1 ![]()
We will try to think this opportunity over and hopefully, we’ll be able to implement it in one of the future updates. We’ll keep you updated here!
As for the filter dropdowns alphabetical order, you can vote for this request to not miss any updates.
Thanks a lot for pointing us in this direction and welcome to community ![]()
It would be great to have an option for people to search for an event to purchase tickets, rather than scrolling through a million events to find the one they are looking for!
Hi there @Coffin_Club ![]()
We already have a similar request in the Wishlist. I’ve moved your comment to the related discussion, where we’ll post all the updates.
Thanks a bunch for sharing your thoughts with us ![]()
There are a lot of events in my Event Calendar with the same act in different locations. It would be great to add an option for a visitor to search the calendar for an “Event Name” (or ANY field). Perhaps add that field to the existing filter feature. We have shows that happen in several theatres and some of our customers want to be able to search for a show that might be available at a nearby venue when the venue they want is sold out.
Hi there, @Ian ![]()
Thanks for the feedback!
We already have a request for a search box option. I’ve moved your comment to the related discussion, where we’ll keep you updated ![]()
Hi, this event so awesome, but we really need search box at event gri layout / list / slide
Friends, this request is now marked as ‘Planned’, which means we’re currently exploring possible development options, so it’s on our radar ![]()
Please note that we can’t provide any specifics at this stage, as we’re still in the process of estimating potential solutions. However, let’s hope we’ll see it in the ‘In Progress’ status during Q2! ![]()
Thank you.
Great news, everyone! This request is in the Design stage now, meaning we’ve officially started working on it! ![]()
All the updates will be posted here ![]()
This is great! Super excited for this@ Hoping the search bar can also pull details from a Google Calendar integration. It’s a bummer not having the Host and event type filter options when you opt for the integration
Thanks a lot for your comment, @Miranda_Mickiewicz! Yes, we’re planning to add Google Integration compatibility, so the search should work with all synchronized events ![]()
Hi, are there any updates on this feature?
Thanks for your question, @Jasmine_Gilliam!
The feature actually was moved to the Development stage, so the work is in full swing ![]()
Thank you Helga, is there a projected completion date?
@Jasmine_Gilliam ah, it’s really hard to make any predictions when it comes to development, and we’ve decided not to share specific dates. We’re hoping to complete it by Q3, though ![]()
Hey everyone!
Great news - the search bar is already available in the Event Calendar ![]()
With the new search bar, you can quickly locate events by name or filter criteria, making it faster and more efficient to find exactly what you’re looking for.
You can enable it on the Filters tab of your widget’s settings:
