A client wrote a review , and it didn’t go to google or yelp… I guess it was a review for your program, That is not helpful for me.I bought this for google and yelp reviews , not for reviews that don’t go there. Yes, there is an option for them to choose Google and Yelp, but the biggest button and the first one that they see is share review.and it doesn’t go to either one of those

I can see that my colleague Elena has already reached out and explained how review collection works in the All-in-One Reviews widget.
Regarding your last question, you can find the settings shown in Elena’s screenshots directly in your Elfsight dashboard, inside the All-in-One Reviews widget editor.
Please follow these steps:
Choose the option you need
These are the 3 available options in that section.
- Review form in widget and review platforms
- Only review platforms
- Only review form in widget
If you want people to leave reviews only on Google, Yelp, or other connected platforms, please select Only review platforms. In that mode, clicking Write a Review shows a list of review platforms and redirects visitors there:
In case you’d like to hide the Write a Review button completely, that can be done in the Header tab using the Write a Review Button toggle:
