Implement a feature to automatically send a review’s metrics report via email. The recipient’s email address must be configurable in the Settings option. The report can include metrics such as star rating, total number of reviews, number of reviews per star rating, and any other metrics relevant to the business. It can also detail the most recent reviews.

Would you like to receive this report as a widget owner or you’d like to send it to be sent to your customers? You’ve also mentioned that it should be done automatically. Could you please clarify what should be the trigger for sending this report?

Thank you for responding to this request. The report should be sent to the email address configured in the Settings screen. The idea is for it to be sent to the customer where the widget has been installed, but perhaps the email address configuration field could allow for more than one address (separated by commas, for example) so I could configure the widget so that both the customer and I receive the report.
As for the trigger, I think the simplest way would be to schedule the report to be sent once a day or once a week. The frequency would also be configurable in the Settings screen.

Thanks Max, your reviews widget is great, but adding a metrics report that periodically tells users their status would put this widget in a very good ranking, and we would all benefit from a very robust reviews tool.
