Reviews Popup in Badge layouts
Previously, reviews opened in a Side Pane when clicking on badges:
Now, badges open the Reviews Popup instead. This helps visitors view your reviews in a more focused and easy-to-browse format:
Single review opening
Before, clicking the Read More button either expanded the review text inside the card or opened a popup with just that review:
Now, visitors are taken to the Reviews Popup, where they can see the full reviews list and land right on the review they selected. This creates a smoother path from one review to the rest of your customer feedback:
Note: This feature is only available in widgets created after this release. If you’d like to use a new Reviews Popup feature in your widget, drop us a line in the comments. We’ll be happy to help
