thanks for getting back to us on this and for taking the concerns seriously.
to tell people there is a cache being renewed every 48h is a simple and easy to understand message that will not be confusing to people but appreciated as a clear communication about the features and limitations of your service.
take my case: i signed up for your service after a client was happy with the insta widget we showed them. i paid for a three year period. now the client canceled the service after learning about the 48h cache period. and he is right in telling me i should have told him before. but i couldnt because i didnt know. because you didnt tell me.
any solution to this limitation would be much appreciated. i really like that you guys are here to talk to us in the forum about things like this.
Hey Max, any updates or progress here? Similar to Etienne above, I purchased the package thinking that it was a live feed and didn’t realize the 48h cache was the only option. Cheers!
I completely understand your frustration, and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience.
You’re right — the pricing page doesn’t currently include information about cache time, but we’ll try to reconsider it in the future. In the meantime, you can find full details on how caching works in our Help Center here: link.
If the current cache setup doesn’t work for you, just reach out to our Support Team and they’ll help you with a refund.
Thanks again for your feedback and understanding — we truly appreciate it
Hi! Any upadates on this feature? Is it really annoying to only have an upload after 48hs. As many people said on this conversation, you dont tell us about this when we purchase this plan..
We really need to get this improved as soon as possible.
I totally understand how you feel, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the cache information. We’ve already passed your feedback along to the team, and we’ll try to think over improving the clarity and transparency of cache info on the pricing page.
At the moment, unfortunately, there are no new updates to share, but rest assured, we’ll keep you posted as soon as we have any news
Thanks again for your understanding and for taking the time to share your thoughts with us
This issue seems to have been on the wishlist for many years now. When will we finally see an update? 48 hours delay and not being able to manually update the feed is insane. I hope that you understand that this might mean that we need to find a different option because many clients doesn´t accept that important post will not be shown until 48 hours.
I truly understand your frustration with the current cache time, and I’m sorry we don’t have a clear ETA on this request at the moment.
As Helga mentioned above, the main challenge is that reducing the cache time would come with significant costs, which could raise the subscription price. Since the current setup works well for most of our users, we’re doing our best to keep prices as affordable as possible.
However, we get how important it is for key posts to appear quickly, and we’ve passed your feedback to the dev team. As soon as we have any updates on this, we’ll be sure to let you know right here.
Thanks again for sharing your thoughts — we truly appreciate it
