Add the ability to manually refresh posts in the feed.

This is a really cool suggestion, but pretty much difficult to implement, too. Anyway, we’ll try to consider your suggestion in the future and I’ll make sure to update you if any news come up

We already have this idea on the Wishlist and I’ve merged your comment with it.
We also have a request to reduce/remove cache. Feel free to upvote this idea too
