Is this suppose to refresh on its own and pull in the latest insta pics? It doesn’t seem to be doing that.

I see that you use Public Accounts and Hashtags source type, and I need to say that in this case our widget uses a 46-hour server cache. That means, that your feed gets updated every 46 hours, thus new posts get added within this period of time.
