Currently, the follow-up message is sent after 5 minutes if the chat is inactive. Is it possible to make it so that the message is sent after one minute or to allow us to set a custom time?

Unfortunately, there is no way to reduce this time now. However, this is a nice idea and we’ll try to think about this option in the future
