Prayer Wall Widget for Churches

Hello Elfsight team,

I would like to request a Prayer Wall Widget designed especially for churches and Christian ministries.

Many church websites need a simple way for visitors or members to submit prayer requests and allow the community to pray for them.

Here are some possible features that would make this widget very useful:

• A public Prayer Wall where people can submit prayer requests.
• Option to submit name (optional) and prayer request.
• A “Pray” or “I’m praying” button so others can show support.
• Counter showing how many people are praying for each request.
Moderation tools for the website administrator.
• Option to approve requests before publishing.
• Optional email notification when someone prays for a request.
• Simple design that churches can easily embed on their website.

This kind of widget would be extremely helpful for churches, ministries, and Christian communities that want to create a digital prayer space on their websites.

Thank you for considering this idea!

Hi there, @Jose4 and welcome to the Community :waving_hand:

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts!

I am glad to say that our Comments widget might be a nice option for you.

With this, you can let your website visitors share their prayer requests. You can use the Pray emoji to count how many people are praying for the request:

You can also receive notifications about each new comment (pray request) to your email address:

Comment pre-moderation, unfortunately, isn’t supported now, but we have this idea on the Wishlist and you can upvote it - Pre-moderation mode.

If more users support this idea, we’ll try to think it over in the future :slightly_smiling_face:

Thus, feel free to test the Comments widget and let me know if it covers your needs :slightly_smiling_face:
