Possibility to set the player's default volume to max instead of 50%

The title says all :slight_smile: Right now the player’s volume default is at only 50%, it seems.

I noticed that on iOS, there also is a volume slider, but only 0% means silent and all other settings 1-100% means max. Maybe a better (more clear) alternative would be to only display a MUTE button instead of a volume slider on iOS.
