You can find the html id of the button in the code of your website.
If any difficulties come up, please send me a direct link to the webpage where you have your popup widget and the button that should trigger this popup. I’ll be happy to check things for you

I see that you enabled Reopen button. In this case, you don’t need to find HTML Element ID.
I’ve just disabled on Page Load trigger, so the popup will be displayed after clicking on the button.
