Hello,
Is it possible to have some CSS code, so that a pop up by default, when the page loads, remains in the closed position, with the re-open button?

Hello @Matthew
Thank you for contacting us!
I am glad to inform you that you can easily do this in your widget’s settings. You just need to choose Settings tab of your widget’s settings, click on Triggers button and disable on Page Load trigger:

Hello @Max ,
Sorry let me explain. I am wanting the popup to load as a button on the side of the page. For it not to pop up, unless the user clicks the button.

Hello @Matthew !
I am terribly sorry for misunderstanding!
For this use case, you should use on Click trigger and write there an ID of the needed element:
Could you please check it and let me know if it helped?

Hello @Max ,
How do I find the HTML Element ID of the widget?
Just to be clear, I want the widget to load on page load, but I want it to load as a button first. The close button.

Hello @Matthew !
I am terribly sorry for the frustration here!
However, I’ve consulted with our devs once again and to make the popup work the way you described, you just need to disable On Page Load trigger.
I’ve disabled it for you.
Could you please check it and let me know if you like what you see?
