We have a guide for Elementor explaining how to install the widget to the specific pages only, but, unfortunately, there is no info how to add to all pages right away.
However, our devs and the Support Team will gladly help you with it. Just request the installation in your dashboard and our support agents will reach out to you as soon as possible

Thanks! I was trying not to bother them with this. Now, let me ask: in case I only add it to the home of my website, is it going to pop up no matter where I place it?

If you add it to the homepage, it will be displayed on the homepage only. The code should be placed to the Custom HTML section. The position where you add the code top/bottom doesn’t matter.
By the way, I’ve discussed your use case with my colleague from the Support Team. There is a chance that the installation via Theme editor might help you install your widget to all pages right away. Feel free to try it out!
