Picture uploads take too long

Hello @all,

when our future customers send pictures (File size with a smartphone around 3 MB/Pic) from their smartphone cameras, they sometimes have to wait up to 1 minute per image for the upload.

Is there any way we could optimize this?
Maybe by automatically reducing the image quality or size before uploading?

Would love your input on this.

I’ve tried to upload images and other file formats (3MB and more) from mobile and they were uploaded really fast (5-10 secs).

Could you please send me a link to the page where your widget is installed? I’ll be happy to check your widget too :slightly_smiling_face:
