Personal Account stopped working

I wonder if this issue has returned, a client website is showing an error message “No posts to display. The specified resources might be empty, or there could be set filters not satisfying any post.” The client Instagram page has current content and no filters are in place. Nothing has changed on the client side.

I am sorry to say that Meta recently deprecated API for connecting Personal Accounts.

Unfortunately, they did not provide an alternative solution, which means that posts from Personal Accounts will no longer be updated. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause :pensive_face:

Currently, connections can only be established through Business Instagram Accounts. To reconnect your widget, please use the Business Account connection type:


In the meantime, I assure you that our development team is actively working on implementing support for public accounts and hashtag connections.
