I am sorry to say that Meta recently deprecated API for connecting Personal Accounts, that’s why the posts aren’t displayed in your widget. Please accept our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience 
Currently, connections can only be established through Business Instagram Accounts. To reconnect your widget, please use the Business Account connection type:
In the meantime, I assure you that our dev team is actively working on implementing support for public accounts and hashtag connections.
