  • Issue description: Our Chatbot needs at least 2 minutes to give an answer. On the confirmation email, most of the time there is not shown any answer given to the costumers. Is it an Elfsight problem?

Unfortunately, there are some technical issues on the side of Open AI, which affected our widgets as well. We keep tabs on the situation and will update you as soon as it’s fixed.
