Hi, my widget won’t update and show new Insta posts with the hashtag #suubersduebi or #suubersdübi (see attached)

I’ve checked things and couldn’t find new posts with these hashtag since 2021. If you see the new posts with these hashtags, please send me links to them. I’ll gladly look into this for you :slightly_smiling_face:

Maybe a possible reason is, that I had my account on unpaid version for a while and only recently changed back to paid version. Probably my account still “thinks” its on the unpaid version?

No, this is an issue on our end, and it doesn’t depend on the subscription plan. Our devs are doing their best to resolve it as soon as possible. I’ll get back to you once any news comes up :slightly_smiling_face:
