Could you please double-check it? If the issue still persists, please try to check your website inincognito mode.
In case the widget doesn’t show up in incognito mode, please specify the device you’re using, exact browser and OS versions 
I am also having this problem with Safari web browser on my iphone. Chrome browser works OK.
