Hey awesome Elfsight Dev Team!
First, thank you for building such a great tool—we love using the All-in-One Reviews widget. However, we’ve noticed a critical gap that affects many of us in the hospitality and short-term rental space: the current widget doesn’t support multiple Airbnb listings—and that’s a biggie.
Why This Matters — Real Insight from the Field:
We’re a property management company operating multiple Airbnb, Booking.com, Google, and more listings. For us (and many others), our brand trust and credibility hinge on reviews. Potential guests want to feel safe, reassured, and confident when they book — and the fastest way to build that trust is by showcasing authentic guest reviews across all of our listings in one elegant, easy-to-navigate space.
Right now, the widget says it’s “All-in-One,” but it’s just not living up to the name without the ability to pull in multiple Airbnb listings. That missing piece forces us to split reviews into multiple widgets, which:
- Creates clutter on our website
- Breaks the seamless guest experience
- Confuses visitors looking for social proof
We want our guests to experience a full, immediate WOW when reading glowing feedback from all our properties, regardless of the platform.
Why This Should Be a Priority Feature:
- The All-in-One Promise—If you promise “All-in-One,” it is essential to live up to that name, especially for power users with multiple listings.
- It Supports Power Users—Companies like ours manage 10, 20, or even 100 listings across platforms. We need consolidated social proof to drive bookings and conversions.
- Stronger Product = More Loyalty—This feature would instantly make Elfsight our irreplaceable reviews hub and prevent us from having to look for third-party workarounds or custom scripts.
- Huge Upsell Opportunity
— You could offer it in premium tiers, as most multi-listing users are willing to pay for this added functionality.
Thanks,
Joakim - Guesrtly Homes
