Multiple Session Events

Option to have one event have multiple days or sessions. For example a training course that has classes from 2pm - 4pm every Monday for six weeks.

Welcome to the Community @user74

Glad to tell you that you can set recurring events in your widget. Let’s take the A2L Refrigerant Transition as an example. To display it every Monday for 6 weeks, please follow these steps:

Click on the Repeat section of the needed event and choose Custom

Set the Custom repetition to Weekly on Mondays

Set the Repeat Ends to "After 6 occurrences" or choose the specific date

Give it a try and let me know if it helped :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks, but it’s not a recurring event. It’s the same event that has multiple sessions. I want it to display as one event with multiple days/times.

Do you mean that all 6 dates should be displayed in the left upper corner of the event card (e.g May 9, May 16, etc)?

Or maybe you’d like to show them somewhere under the event name?

If I misunderstood your idea, could you please share an example of how the dates should be displayed? A screenshot would be of a great help

Thank you for checking this out! Let’s use my example of a 2-day class. I did a rough mock-up. Maybe keep the left corner the same as you have it, or make separate squares. I’m sure your designers can come up with something that communicates “multi-day.” I tried to make it look like a stack of dates.

Then in the info below, list each session with the day and time. This would give people a lot of flexibility. Sometimes times are different on different days. For example, a class could meet the first day 8am - 4pm, but the second day might just be 8am - 12pm.

I got your point!

I see that my colleague Natalia has already discussed your case with the devs and, unfortunately, it’s impossible to customize the widget this way now.

However, we see that this feature could be really helpful and we’ll strive to consider it in our future updates.

I’ll keep you abreast of any changes here :slightly_smiling_face:
