You’re talking about an Image Choice field, right?
To change options and show relevant fields, you can use the Conditional Logic option. For example, you can use the Dropdown or Choice fields to list the option and then set the conditions to show an image if the required option is chosen:
As for the Slider layout for images, unfortunately this option isn’t supported now. However, this idea sounds great, and I’ve added it to the Wishlist on your behalf - Slider layout for Image Choice options
