Locator never loads or takes 60+ seconds on mobile

The store locator loads in about 8 seconds on desktop, which is extremely slow but manageable, but it takes over 30 seconds to load on mobile, if it ever loads at all. Many times it just never loads. I’ve tested on multiple devices in multiple places, and it always seems to be the same. I tried removing all images from the list, but that didn’t help.

Is there any way to fix this?

We’ve checked your widget from our side, and everything looks good - the loading speed is within normal limits, and the widget appears quickly (about 2 secs on mobile and desktop)

However, if you’re still experiencing slow loading, we recommend testing the following:

  1. Try loading the widget with and without a VPN.
  2. Check the speed using both Wi-Fi and mobile data.

If the results differ and the widget loads faster in certain conditions, it might be an issue related to your network or region. You can also read about this here: How to make a widget load faster.
