I’ve cancelled this subscription now, far too unreliable
Hi there, @Michael_James ![]()
Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you seeing the same issue with the Elfsight widgets not loading in the dashboard?
I completely understand how frustrating that can be and deeply apologize for all the inconvenience! If you could give us another try, we’d be really happy to help get this sorted for you.
Could you please follow the steps from the previous message and let me know if that helps?
If the issue is actually something different, just let me know what’s happening on your end and we’ll gladly take a closer look ![]()
It’s just happening too often, I need something robust that I csn leave on a clients website and let it run. Now long at options to move the Google reviews away from Elf too.
Sorry, Michael
Could you please share a bit more about the issue you experienced? Was it related only to the Google Reviews widget, or did it affect other widgets as well?
Were the widgets not loading on your website, or were you unable to open them in the editor? Or was it something else?
Your feedback means a lot to us, and it really helps us improve ![]()
Thanks, its specifically for the calculator, the connection being offline on more than one occasion make me lokk bad with my client, so I won’t be using any Elfsight products going forward.
Michael
Thank you so much for sharing your experience, really appreciate it!
I truly understand your frustration, especially if this situation reflected poorly on you with your client. That’s never ideal ![]()
The thing is that we recently migrated to a new database server and there were indeed some short-term issues with the dashboard and widget editor.
The good news is that everything has already been stabilized and those issues have been resolved. While occasional temporary glitches can happen, this is not something that typically occurs on our end.
If you’re still experiencing the issue and would like to give the Calculator another try, please feel free to send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing along with a screenshot of the Dev Console. I’ll gladly take a closer look and investigate this for you.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding ![]()
Nothing has been done on the widget, it’s just your network has been unstable and been offline several
Sorry, I’m no longer using the calculator now. I’ll keep an eye on the reviews and if they stop loading then I’ll let you know
I am sorry for the confusion!
