Hi, I just subscribed, but was a little disappointed with

  1. mobile size is incorrect, should be full size for most…
  2. how do you put a link in the claim your prize button?

  1. Actually, it was made by design to make the sections with the prizes larger and more readable. However, we have a solution if you’d like to display the full wheel - Display full wheel on mobile

  2. It seems that you’ve already found this option and now everything is working fine:

Could you please check into the reported “cache” issue? It seems that clearing the cache allows a user to spin again.

Yes, you are right. Currently, the browser keeps track of whether you’ve spun the wheel, so if you clear your cache or open the page in incognito mode, you actually can spin again.

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to change this behavior now, I am really sorry :pensive:

However, the good thing is that the form feature is going to be rolled out quite soon, which will allow you to collect participants’ emails before they spin. This way, you’ll have better tracking in place.

Additionally, I’ve added a request to the Wishlist on your behalf for limiting the spins per IP - Ability to limit spins per IP address
