Spinning Wheel: Collect emails before spinning, wheel popup triggers +2 more improvements 🚀

Hey everyone

Our devs have released a bunch of amazing features for our Spinning Wheel app, and we are excited to share them with you!

Collect emails before spinning

You can find this setting on the Content tab of your widget’s settings. Once you enable it, your website visitors will be required to enter their email to spin the wheel:

On the Notifications tab, you can enable Prize Confirmation to Client and Owner Notification:

Triggers to display the wheel popup

On the Settings tab you can find the Show Popup option with 4 new triggers available there:

Adjusted mobile view

Previously, the wheel was partially displayed on mobile and many users thought that it was broken:

Now, the full wheel is displayed on mobile devices:

  • Now, the wheel popup opens once in a session. Previously, it opened on every page load

Guys, we’d be so grateful if you could look through the Spinning Wheel category on the Wishlist and upvote the ideas you like.

And do not hesitate to share your own suggestions - we’ll gladly discuss them with you

Right now, there’s no way to do this, but this idea is already on the Wishlist. You can upvote it here - Phone field option

Hi there, @Lazerine_Depiliacija :waving_hand:

I’ve tested your widget, and everything seems to be working fine on our end. To make sure, I added my email address as a recipient, and the submission came through right away:

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue on your side:

  1. Double-check that your email address is entered correctly.

  2. Check your Spam folder. If any submissions are located there, mark them as “Not Spam.”

  3. Make sure that notifications@forms.elfsightmail.com is not blacklisted.

Test it out and let me know if it helped :slightly_smiling_face:
