Issue with Office 365 when using SMTP feature

Apologies if this isn’t the right place to ask, but has anyone managed to get this working with Office 365? I’m struggling to get it working.

If only I knew. I just can’t get a connection to smtp.office365.com. I’ve been reading all kinds of things on Google, but it’s not making me any wiser. It almost seems like Microsoft no longer supports it.

I’ve discussed it with the devs, and they’ve shared an article, confirming that smtp.office365.com is supported by Microsoft.

Could you please double-check if you’ve entered all the info correctly. If you’re sure that everything is done right, please share:

  • a screenshot of the panel with the data you’ve entered (you can send it to me in a direct message)

Hi Max,
It’s working now. I had to turn off MFA for the whole organization. Not ideal, but obviously that’s not something you’re responsible for.
