The issue with the 1st slider appearead because of the temporary classes used in the CSS codes. It seems that these classes have been changed, that’s why your customization stopped working.
Our devs will replace temporary classes in your CSS codes with the stable ones and I’ll update you once it’s done.
As for the Slider on this page, I couldn’t replicate this issue. Could you please send me a screenshot of what you see?
This element (class="skeleton-wrapper") is responsible for the display of this gray container and as you can see, it’s not a part of the Slider widget:
If you remove this element form your website, the grey container above the Slide will disappear.
As for the issue caused because of the updated classed, I understand your frustration and I am really sorry for this inconvenience!
However, you see, temporary classes are auto-generated, can change at any time, and may break your customization. Thus, we recommend you using the Stable classes. They are predictable and won’t change over time, which makes them perfect for styling with CSS.
Feel free to check our CSS guide where you can find more info about stable and temporary classes - Guide to CSS Codes
This code has been executed from 18th December 2025 and it is working properly till yesterday. This was written due to seo purpose to load atleast one banner and then another banners will load in backend.
Now, We just hide your suggested(class="skeleton-wrapper") code in https://expresskitchens.com/ but banners are not displaying properly like some images are displaying very small and some images are stretched. So, images are not displaying full image.
please update classes, so our customization will not break any time.
Unfortunately, our devs have already finished work for today and will be back in 14 hours. I’ve marked your request as a high-priority task, so as soon as they are back, they will start working on it immediately.
We’ve adjusted the CSS codes and everything seems to be fine now.
As for the vertical images on mobile, we’ve noticed that you’re using a different widget for the mobile version, where you’ve uploaded the images in this format. Thus, it’s working corretly now.
Please check your website and let me know if the widget looks fine on your end
