hello i am facing same problem my widget is not refreshing new view there why its happening ??.

I apologize for the interruption in our widget’s work and for the frustration this is causing you. I’d like to assure you that our devs are actively working on a fix that should eliminate this error.

After the fix is ready, it will be automatically applied to your widget, you won’t have to do anything on your end.

We’re running into two issues with our PAID Elfsight reviews widget and hoping someone has a fix:

  1. It’s pulling mostly older reviews (all of them over a year old), even though we have a steady stream of recent reviews we want displayed instead. We can’t seem to get it to show newer ones.
  2. A very old review from a previous business owner (11+ years ago) was hidden in the control panel, but it still appears in the carousel on the website despite being marked as hidden.

We’ve tried adjusting settings, re-syncing and deleting and starting again with a completely new widget but the widget still showing outdated content and will not reliably apply the hide function for this one 11 year old review.

At this point, it’s affecting the accuracy of what’s shown on our site, since we want current patient feedback only, not legacy reviews from a prior ownership period.

Has anyone dealt with this or found a reliable workaround?

We’re currently experiencing difficulties with the updates of the Google Reviews widget. Our dev team is currently working on the fix. We’ll update you here as soon as we have any news.

Regarding the hidden review display, could you please send me a link to the page, where it’s installed and specify which review still shows up?

I have created a dummy page now all the reviews i have erased year 3 on - which do not belong to our new office - are populating - this is devastating. we cannot use your service if you cant fix this.
