Issue with adding website url

Unfortunately, I’m unable to successfully add my website URL.

My website is an eCommerce platform, and I anticipated that the bot would automatically crawl it and retrieve the necessary information tailored to customer needs.

Currently, I only have the option to manually add information, which might work for an informational website or an eCommerce site with a single product.

However, my site is extensive, with a large number of products, making manual training of the bot an impractical solution for my requirements.

Could the issue be related to the bot being blocked by my website’s firewall? If so, could you please provide an IP address that needs to be whitelisted or suggest an alternative solution to enable the bot’s access to my site?
