Instagram feed not showing publicly, only when logged in as admin

  • Issue description:
    I can see the widget when editing my site in WP-admin, but when I save everything and browse to my site in Incognito mode, nothing shows up. The elfsight
    is empty.

Could you please confirm if this is still an issue on your side?

If it is, please follow these steps:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  2. Check your website in Incognito mode and another browser
  3. Check your website on another device

If the issue still persists, please send me a screenshot or a video screencast of the issue, it would be tremendously helpful!

Thanks for the quick response Max! I put the HTML and script in an “HTML” widget instead of “Custom HTML” and that fixed it.
