Hi. Yes, I had to reconnect all my clients Instagram accounts and publish. Can you tell me why this happened and if I’ll need to check my client’s accounts frequently to see if I need to reconnect them again? If the latter, can you tell me how often I should check them? Thanks much.

I am so sorry for all the inconvenience caused by this!
It’s hard to say what caused the issue, since everything is working fine now. Usually, the feeds get updated every 48 hours and this issue doesn’t occur really often.
However, if the issue appears again, please let me know. I’ll be happy to investigate ir for you
