I am trying to get the code for a particular city - the temperature is not what appears on other sites. If I enter zip code or gps nav, I get “can’t be found”. How do I know what state a particular city is pulling from on the app?

I have to say that adding a location by name may not be the most reliable way. If your city shares the same name with a city in another country or state, the widget may not be able to recognize the location you had in mind. In this case, it’s to better to us another options.

As for the zip code and coordinates issue, could you please share a link to the page where your widget is installed or specify widget name or id?
