I need refund

Basically what happened is that when we purchased your plan for the first time there was no auto pay set, after that we purchased another plan, after purchasing the second plan we did not activate auto pay but today 24 dollars have been deducted from our account through auto pay, currently we do not need this service, we have temporarily stopped this service, and at the moment, the page on which we had added this visit is also not live. please we want you to refund us
