I need help to integrate a print on demand app into my website

  • Issue description:
I have put together a shop to sell prints of my art at creativehub.io and generated an API to integrate the app to my website but been told by my host when ready to launch, that I can’t !
Now this is the hosts explanation Online Shop - REST API Docs of how to integrate apps to the shop but not been able to do it.
I had the idea to create a page titled Print shop on my website and include a widget on the page with the code to divert the people to my shop when they click a the button to shop but unfortunately I can’t locate a link to the shop apart from the API can’t do the rest, is there something to solve this problem here and if not can someone help? this is how creative hub recommend to link with only those platforms but my website is not in any of those platforms!

Hi there, @user23300 and welcome to the Community

You want to add a button to your website that will redirect users to your shop, right? We have a Button widget, where this option is available:

However, you’ve mentioned that you can’t locate a link to your shop. Could you please elaborate on your use case and specify how you open your shop if it doesn’t have a link?

Thank you Max for your reply!
My shop was created in the creativehub. io platform as they provide the service of print on demand and the shop does not have a presence or link any where online as I believe is an app, and they way it becomes visible is when one created a API key on their platform and supposedly upload a Authorization header on my website and add the API key to then be able as instructed in order to integrate the shop on to the four platforms they work with,

But One.com doesn’t allow integration to other apps apart from the ones the offer so the API Key used by itself won’t redirect to the app that will run the shop.
I have tried following this Online Shop - REST API Docs but not been able to make it work as an error message appears when I try to this is what happens

Is that clearer to understand?
