Summary Block doesn’t support this, however, we can use the Lazy Summary Plugin to handle it.
First, you need to install the Lazy Summary Plugin. They will provide some code to add code to Code Injection or Page Header Injection, like this.
Next, edit Summary Block > You will see some more options
Click Additional > Sort Item
Then you can change the order of products in the Summary Block.
