If you want to add a Blog Section to a specific page, you can use Summary Block then pull posts from Blog Page.
#1. Add a block > Choose Summary Block
#2. Next, edit Summary Block
#3. Choose a Blog page from the list
#4. You can filter Blog Posts with Category or Tag
