How do I get the inquiry requests on my calculator?
Hi there, @Larry_Torres and welcome to the Community 
In order to receive inquiry requests, you should select the Lead Form option on the Action tab:
Here you can add all required form fields, add the email, where you’d like to send inquiries to the Email Notifications section. You can also receive inquiries via connected Integrations:

The form will show up in a popup after clicking the Action button:
