Hey there and welcome to the Community, @Richard_Edwards1 ![]()
You’d like to switch your subscription from Google Reviews Basic plan to another app, right?
If this is the case, here is an article explaining how you can do this - Switching your subscription to another app - Elfsight Help Center.
Please let me know if it helped or if you have any questions left ![]()
Super and thanks.
I’ll look at it ASAP.

Awesome, you’re always welcome ![]()
Thanks. I have managed to delete the Google Review app using the help sheet you pointed me to.
Am I able to use the All in One review app/widget on my Basic plan? Or would I have to pay more? Many thanks
I see that you have a Google Reviews Basic plan subscription, meaning that you can create up to 3 Google Reviews widgets ![]()
If you need to use another widget, let’s say, All in One Reviews one, you will need a separate subscription. Or, you could consider a Basic Pack plan that gives access to all 95 widgets in our catalog ![]()
Many thanks.
I THINK I have deleted the Google app and widgets.
What I want to do is to use the all in one app/widget instead of using the Google reviews app/widgets.
Can I do this under my basic plan?
If I can’t do this without paying more, are there other app/widgets I can use instead of Google reviews. Or am I restricted just to Google reviews unless I pay more? Many thanks
R
That’s correct, one subscription gives access to one app only, which is the Google Reviews in your case ![]()
If you want to use the All-in-one-Reviews instead, you can switch your current subscription from Google Reviews to All-in-one-Reviews with the help of this instruction: Switching your subscription to another app - Elfsight Help Center
I, however, should note that the All-in-One-Reviews Basic plan is a bit more expensive given a lot of sources that are supported there ![]()
Super and thanks.
That’s clear now.
