The fields from your screenshot are optional and aren’t considered essential by Google or other validators. So even if they were included in the schema, they wouldn’t have a significant impact on performance.
However, we agree that it would be awesome to fill these optional fields too, and we have a Wishlist request for this. Feel free to upvote this idea here 
- Fill in all fields for Event Calendar markup.
