When I scroll down and up on google site with google reviews. It’s stuck on same spot. Not move as scrolling.

Hi there, @Thomas_Solowynsky and welcome to the Community 
Due to the peculiarities of the Google Sites platform, all popup and floating elements of apps are not supported. They are being converted into iframe format, which causes incorrect displaying. I am terribly sorry about it!
Thus, the only solution is to use it as a static widget.
