I bring our sincere apologies for the interruption in our widget’s work on the behalf of our entire team.
Unfortunately, I have to admit that the widget is experiencing some issues with data collecting which has led to some unpleasant consequences such as inability of collecting reviews.
We realize the urgency of the situation and frustration it brings to our customers. I assure you that our development team is now working on a fix that should eliminate all errors.
After the fix is ready, I will get back to you with the updates.

I’ve checked your website and see that all 10 reviews are displayed now:

Also, I’d like to mention that our widget actually uses a cache system to make everything load faster and reduce the server load. So the reviews are updated every 72 hours.
However, if it’s been more than 72 hours, and the reviews still haven’t appeared, just let us know and we’ll gladly help!
