Hi there! It would be great to see the option to insert a give to AI chatbot messages(at least for the greeting).

Glad to say that you can add a GIF file to the Welcome Message. To do this, choose the Code Editor Mode and add this code there: <img src="GIF_Link">
In this code, you should replace GIF_LINK with the link to your GIF file (it should be hosted somewhere, this is the only solution):
