It was never our intention to mislead you, and we fully acknowledge that we didn’t handle this situation properly. We truly regret breaking your trust, and we’re deeply sorry for the frustration this has caused.
I’ve discussed this matter with the team again, and here’s the update: due to shifting priorities over the past few years, we weren’t able to focus on this request, but we do have plans to revisit it this year.
