I’d love to have the ability to search/filter on the job board, especially since there are dozens of postings (which can quickly become difficult for people to navigate).

Please add the option to decide how many jobs we want listed per column then at the bottom of each list we need a page number link to move onto the next set of jobs listed. So for example per page maybe 10 jobs and after 10 all others move into a next page.
