HI guys, i have successfully embedded the FAQ into the canva website when on the FREE account, then i have upgraded and paid for account and the app had gone to (sad face on and A4 page emoji). The text says ‘temporily disabled or permenantly’ but when i click the link it takes me to the page.
We’ve checked your website and the widget is displayed now. However, it was cropped and we’ve added this code to the Custom CSS field on the Appearance tab of your widget’s settings:
