FAQ bug (chrome and safari desktop)

Hi there, new to the platform. I’ve created an FAQ widget to put on a landing page and the widget is not loading in Safari or Chrome (on desktop) but on mobile and duck duck go mobile and desktop its fine. Is anyone have any ideas why this is and how to fix it?

I’ve just checked your website from Chrome desktop, and I see that right now the widget is functioning correctly:

Could you please confirm if this is still an issue on your side?

If it is, please:

  • send me a screenshot or a video screencast of the issue
  • clarify what device you are using, and it OS.
