I am having a problem seeing all the pages I manage on Facebook. Currently it only shows one page, and its not the client I am trying to connect to the Elfsight widget.
I am having the same issue as @Brandita I have two profiles under my Facebook account but it is only showing one (not the one I want) in the Source > Facebook Page dropdown. Help!
Greetings, guys @Gerard_Allen @Brandita and welcome to the Community
I am really sorry that you’ve faced these difficulties!
Could you please check whether you’ve approved all the requested permissions in the windows that come throughout the connection process?
You should select all pages, even those you don’t plan to display in the widget. Otherwise, Facebook may not give you full permissions to link your account to the widget and the connection may break:
If you did this and the page didn’t appear, please try to troubleshoot the issue by following the steps from this article - Why my Facebook page doesn't display in Facebook Feed - Elfsight Help Center.
Check it out and let me know if it helped
Thanks for the advice @Max
I didn’t see the pop-up when I set this up originally so I’ve just tried deleting the widget and adding it again. It looks like my details are cached as it just flashes up the Facebook auth page and goes straight back to the dashboard with with connection up and running
Follow up - I logged out of everything and cleared the cache on my end. When I try to create a new Facebook widget now, I get the auth screen but once details are entered it brings me straight to the widget and I only have one profile in my dropdown menu. Stumped again.
Hi there @Gerard_Allen
Could you please follow this link, click View and Edit next to the Elfsight plugin and make sure that all
and make sure that all the options are chosen for every page?
After that, please try to reconnect once again and let me know if this helped
That solved it! Thanks Max!
Awesome, you are most welcome!
