I can not config the reviews app to make a taller review, as shown at the preview inside wix editor. At my website they have a squared shape.

In your Wix preview, there is a screenshot of the demo widget version, where the Show Images option is enabled.
If you enable it in your widget, the height of the review cards will also be increased:
