I am still having the same issues…the widget edit pages take about 3-4 minutes to load and often times out.
This has been ongoing for 3 months is there a resolution to this. I have tried in and outside my VPN, from home, mobile connection…all the same

Our devs have checked things and it must be a local issue.
Here are some possible reasons for the issue:
Location
Extensions
Antivirus or irewall
Restriction within the network (for example, if you work in the local network of some organization and everything is proxied there)
To identify exact reason for the issue, please follow these steps:
Check demo performance using another device
Check it in another browser
If you have any antivirus with a firewall, please disable it while checking or add an exception for elfsight.com.
